Ingredients:
- 2 boxes (1 oz each) of instant vanilla pudding. You can use regular or sugar free. I use sugar free.
- 1 Box of Vanilla wafers
- 3 1/2 - 4 cups of milk (any kind). I use fat free.
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. I use fat free or low fat.
- 4 oz of whipping cream
- 4-5 bananas
Next put one layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch glass dish.
Next slice up the bananas and put one layer of the bananas on top of the vanilla wafers.
Next pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of the vanilla wafers and bananas. After that repeat another layer of vanilla wafers and bananas.
Next pour the other half of the pudding mixture on top.
That's it! So EASY! I sometimes put vanilla wafers on top to decorate it more, but you don't have to. Its best to put it in the refrigerator to get nice and cold before eating. Enjoy!
looks and sounds delicious ! And so easy your daughters will be able to help you putting the wafers and the bananas... !! :)

ReplyDeleteI have made this recipe, but also added a layer of Cool Whip on the top and sprinkle chopped nuts or diced strawberries, just gives it alittle something extra :-)
